Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our patrons and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at our establishment. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a pub setting preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old or as per legal requirements for serving alcohol in your location
