Assistant Kitchen Manager

We’re looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to join us at Gigi’s.
We need someone with some experience who can help lead busy services, support the team and keep standards consistently high. You may already be in a similar role or be ready to take the next step.
The role includes:
- Working closely with the Kitchen Manager
- Leading services and organising the team
- Managing prep and service
- Training and supporting kitchen staff
- Maintaining food quality, cleanliness and food safety standards
- Taking charge of the kitchen when needed
We’re looking for someone calm, reliable and organised who communicates well, cares about the food they serve and is happy to get stuck in.
