Full time – Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm, *Every other Saturday*
*Saturday hours are 7:30am to 10am and 3:30pm to 5:30pm
As a Rental Operative / Driver, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for ensuring a seamless rental experience for all clients. Duties will include:
- Greeting customers with a friendly and professional demeanour, assisting them with their rental needs.
- Conducting vehicle inspections before and after rentals to ensure they are clean, and free of damage.
- Handling administrative tasks such as processing rental agreements, managing paperwork
- Providing clear explanations of rental terms, conditions, and vehicle features to customers.
- Safely operating a variety of vehicles, ensuring their timely delivery and pickup to and from designated locations.
- Offering exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving concerns, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Person specification:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record MUST HAVE C1
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle administrative tasks accurately.
- A customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- previous experience driving commercial vehicles up to 7.5 t Lorries
- Experience in vehicle rental preferred
