Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall organisation of the store. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise store staff, fostering a positive team environment and ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, analysing sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries professionally and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage inventory levels, organise stock replenishment, and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
- Conduct staff training programmes to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Maintain accurate administrative records such as sales reports, staff schedules, and stock inventories.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment.
- Assist in recruitment processes by interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members.

Pay: £14.00-£14.59 per hour
