Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in computerized systems. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence
- Be a main point of contact for one of our customers
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Prepare and edit documents and reports
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
