Job Summary:
We are seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure efficient storage and distribution processes. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong leadership and organizational skills.
What you'll do:
- Supervise daily warehouse and inventory operations.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts.
- Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch activities.
- Lead warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and warehouse procedures.
- Prepare inventory and operational performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or a related supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software is an advantage.

Pay: £34,800.00-£46,800.00 per year
