We’re looking for an Assistant Quality Compliance Manager to support our Quality team, supporting the Senior Quality Compliance Manager in monitoring construction standards across our developments. In this role, you’ll help ensure our projects meet approved designs and quality expectations, while supporting improvements that reduce defects and enhance the customer and client experience.
You’ll work closely with Senior Quality Compliance Managers, Construction, Customer Support and wider stakeholders to complete site inspections, coordinate QA documentation, carry out audit checks and prepare clear reporting. You’ll also help identify trends, share learning with the QA team and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include supporting site inspections across the UK, managing information in Viewpoint and Field View, compiling Gateway 3 documentation, completing QA audit checks and preparing reports to support the wider quality strategy.
About you
You’ll be organised, detail-focused and confident working with a range of teams. You’ll have good communication skills, an interest in construction quality and compliance, and a proactive approach to identifying issues and supporting practical improvements. Experience in quality assurance, compliance or construction would be beneficial, but a willingness to learn and travel across UK sites is essential.
