Job Summary

Duties
- Provide personalised support to children and adults, assisting with daily activities and personal care as required.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment to promote emotional and social development.
- Implement tailored programmes that support learning, behavioural improvement, and skill development.
- Engage in mentoring activities, offering guidance and positive reinforcement to build confidence.
- Assist with organising educational or recreational activities that enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support strategies are in place.
- Maintain accurate records of support provided and progress made, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in support work and child development.

- Experience or interest in working with children or vulnerable individuals is highly desirable.
