The role of a Doorperson:

Be responsible for the smooth flow of guests arriving or departing, ensuring the restaurant entrance area is clean, clear and aesthetically pleasing.

Assist guests with availability and waiting times, in cooperation with the reception team, and provide directions on local geography.

Maintain a secure environment, reporting any suspicious activity (a SIA Door Supervisor license would be beneficial).
- Demonstrate warmth and authenticity when engaging with people, showcasing natural hospitality and the ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life.
