Sales Coordinator — Mobio Distribution
Full time, office based (one day from home) | Monday–Friday, 9–5
Mobio Distribution is a commercial repair centre and parts distributor specialising in smartphones and tablets. Since 2019 we've helped businesses throughout the UK and beyond repair hundreds of thousands of devices.
We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our small sales team. Working alongside our existing sales administrator, you'll share responsibility for day-to-day customer communication, order handling, purchasing, and building the long-term relationships our business runs on. It's a varied role with real ownership — no two days look quite the same, and you won't be a small cog in a big machine.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering the phone to assist our customers with queries.
- Answering e-mail queries.
- Responding to the web chat.
- Inputting orders on our sales system.
- Updating customer price lists.
- Managing deliveries with various couriers.
- Managing communication between internal teams and customers.
- Maintaining strong relationships with core accounts.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Confident and professional communication with customers
- Strong written and spoken English
- Well organised, with the ability to prioritise and keep track of multiple orders and enquiries at once
- Comfortable with everyday computer use, including email and spreadsheets, and quick to learn new systems
- A proactive, problem-solving approach, willing to chase an answer rather than wait for one
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Reliable and able to commit to office-based working, Monday to Friday
Desirable
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, order processing or a similar office-based role
- Familiarity with purchasing, stock control or supplier communication
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Prior experience with order management/ERP systems
- Experience dealing with B2B customers
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £27,000-£31,000 (dependant on experience)
