We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing data entry tasks, and maintaining organisational systems. This position requires proficiency in various software applications and strong clerical skills to enhance productivity and efficiency within the organisation.
Overview of Role
Reporting to the Transport Manager you will provide administrative support to the Transport Department.
You will be responsible for providing assistance to ensure legal compliance of the HGV fleet.
Key Accountabilities
· Responsible for all administrative duties relating the to the transport operation
· Arranging vehicle inspections, MOT’s and tachograph calibration and checking all relevant paperwork
· Liaising with the 3rd party maintenance providers
· Ensure that the operation remains legally compliant
· Contribute ideas which will improve our ability to provide exceptional customer service
· Carry out general duties including filing, photocopying tachograph reconciliation and data input
· Monitoring fuel spend – analytical work to determine trends, fuel efficiency and potential for fuel savings

Pay: £29,004.11-£51,925.72 per year
