Responsibilities

- Support the kitchen team during busy periods, helping with food plating and serving as needed
- Follow all food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met
- Stock kitchen supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs for replenishment
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues and supporting overall restaurant operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar kitchen role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Prior experience with serving guests or customers is preferred but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
