US Construction / Data Centre Recruitment | Relocate to Dallas, Texas
I’m working with a recruitment business looking to hire proven UK recruiters to relocate to Dallas, Texas, joining their growing US Construction / Data Centre division.
They already have an established E-Visa programme and experience relocating recruiters from the UK, so this is a genuine and fully supported move to the US rather than just an opportunity to recruit into the American market from London.
To be considered, you MUST have:
- 5+ years' recruitment experience with the same business
- A proven track record as a 360 recruiter
- £400,000+ in placement billings
- Recruitment experience within Data Centres / Mission Critical Construction
- Experience working within relevant construction markets, ideally including Electrical Contracting / General Contractors
- Be in a genuine position to relocate to the US and fully committed to the process
This isn’t one for someone who might fancy America one day. They’re looking for people who are serious about making the move.
The opportunity:
The business has around 15 salespeople already based in Dallas and is continuing to invest heavily in its US Construction and Data Centre offering.
They can consider strong individual billers through to management / Associate VP level, with the scope to inherit and manage a team for the right person.
The relocation package includes:
- Flights covered
- Visa costs and full support through the process
- Accommodation for your first few weeks
- Support getting established in the US, including Social Security arrangements
- Minimum £10k uplift on your current basic salary
- Potential earnings guarantee depending on seniority/current earningsLonger-term Green Card potential
If you’ve built a successful career within Data Centre / Mission Critical recruitment, have the billings to back it up and are genuinely ready to make the move to America, I’d love to speak to you.
