Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and stocked with supplies
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain knowledge of drink recipes and be able to make recommendations to customers
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as working alone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible to cover days, evenings and weekends
