The successful candidate will be proactive and be able to manage a demanding workload while maintaining excellent customer service.
Duties will include overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, site inspections, regular liaison with residents, directors and attending AGM's on behalf of the Property Managers.
Obtaining quotations in a timely manner . You will be dealing in residential leasehold legislation and you must be able to quickly become an integral part of a very busy (and hectic), professional team.
Knowledge in the property management sector an advantage.
The successful candidate/s will help the Property Manager oversee a large portfolio of residential blocks and a good understanding of all things clerical.
Qualifications can be taken during employment to advance salary & career .
Must have a Driving Licence.
