At Graham Heath Group, we're looking for a motivated Office Administrator to support our team across multiple departments. You'll play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently, supporting colleagues, maintaining accurate records, and helping to deliver excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for:
· Processing orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner using Sage
· Coordinating with finance, sales, transport, production and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow
· Assisting with the creation of purchase order numbers
· Creating and maintaining customer files, both electronically and in paper format
· Sending deposit invoices and supporting general invoicing processes
· Filing paperwork and maintaining organised records
· Assisting with archiving company files and documentation
· Providing general office and administrative support across departments
· Answering telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
· Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required
Required Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
· Previous experience in an administration, office support, customer service or similar role
· Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook and Word
· Experience using Sage and CRM systems would be advantageous
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
