Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
- Assist with mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities.
- Promote residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Complete care documentation accurately.
- Work as part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional care.
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring, compassionate, and positive attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and committed to providing excellent care.
- Previous care experience is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided.
