The Building Maintenance Company is a long established business, providing commercial property maintenance services to retail, pub/restaurant chains, charities, the care sector and well-known businesses across the UK.
We are looking to recruit a qualified Maintenance Joiner, ideally with some roofing and general building skills, to carry out reactive maintenance repairs and quoted works on our customers' multiple premises throughout the North East.
You will need to have at least 4 years experience (post apprenticeship) and/or be time served.
A CSCS card would be great but isn't essential.
You'll be working mainly unsupervised, working one man per van, but you'll work alongside other teammates on bigger jobs. The types of jobs are varied and interesting.
The working week is approx 40 hours Monday to Friday. There will also be the opportunity for plenty of overtime for those who want it.
We're looking for people who are willing to learn new skills and turn your hand to minor jobs of other trades too.

Starting hourly rate is approx £16.30 per hour plus overtime and benefits
