Freelance Site Manager – Holiday Cover (1 Week)

Start Date: Monday 22nd June
Recruit 4 Construction are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a live construction project in the New Mills (SK22) area.
This is a 1-week assignment starting Monday 22nd June, with the main responsibility being the management and coordination of groundworks subcontractors on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of site operations
- Overseeing and coordinating groundworks subcontractors
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety
- Liaising with the client, subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme
- Site documentation and reporting where required
Essential Requirements:
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS Card
- Previous Site Management experience within construction/civils
- Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures
- Excellent organisational skills
- Impeccable communication skills and professional manner
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking for a short-term assignment with an immediate start.
