Bella House is a busy, well-loved independent takeaway serving Bangor with great food and a loyal customer base. We're looking for a reliable part-time team member to help prepare our dough ahead of daily service.
The Role
We're looking for someone to handle our daily dough preparation, including:
- Preparing and portioning dough ready for service
- Rolling out dough using the dough roller machine
- Cutting dough to size for pizza bases
- Placing prepared dough into pizza trays, ready for the kitchen
- Keeping the prep area clean and tidy throughout the shift
- Following food hygiene and safety standards at all times
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual — this role needs to be done consistently every day before service
- Comfortable using kitchen equipment (full training provided)
- Able to work efficiently to get prep done within the shift window
- A good team player who can work well alongside kitchen staff
