Lead Sports Coach - Active8 Minds West Sussex
Hours: 20-30 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Location: Various school sites across Chichester and Bognor.
Active8 Minds West Sussex provides Wraparound Care, Lunchtime Clubs, PE lessons and Sports Clubs across local primary schools. We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate Lead Sports Coach to help deliver high‑quality activities and create a fun, safe and enriching environment for children.
About the Role
As a Lead Sports Coach, you will:
- Lead engaging sports and activity sessions
- Manage the day‑to‑day running of an after‑school club
- Plan and deliver high‑quality activities
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and school staff
- Ensure all activities follow company policies and safeguarding procedures

Application Process
- Formal face‑to‑face interview
- Practical on‑site interview
- Successful applicants will then complete our onboarding process, including induction training and a fully funded DBS check.
Pay: £12.75-£15.00 per hour

- Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)
