What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading Dessert Creation: Guide your team in crafting the perfect desserts, from stunning sundaes to decadent cakes. Your leadership will ensure every dessert is a masterpiece.
Championing Customer Service: Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service. You’ll train, motivate, and inspire your team to create memorable experiences for every guest.
Teamwork & Leadership: Foster a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie among your crew. You’ll be the go-to person for support, ensuring everyone works together smoothly and efficiently.
Safety First, Fun Always: As a Team Leader, you’ll ensure that health and safety standards are met with enthusiasm. You’ll lead the way in maintaining a spotless kitchen, adhering to food safety protocols, and ensuring that every dessert is served with love, care, and safety in mind.
Who We’re Looking For:
Enthusiastic Leaders: You have a passion for desserts and a talent for leading and inspiring others. Experience in hospitality or retail leadership is a plus, but a love for sweets and people is a must!
Creative & Strategic Thinkers: You’re not just about getting the job done; you’re about doing it with flair. You bring creative solutions and strategic thinking to every challenge.
