Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Quality: Perform thorough cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, descaling, degreasing, and disinfecting surfaces to flawless standards.
- Property & Facility Maintenance: Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, washrooms, and communal areas to pass rigorous inventory checks and meet high health & safety standards.
- End of Tenancy & Deep Cleans: Tackle detailed property handovers with precision—cleaning inside cupboards, appliances, skirtings, and windows.
- Waste & Restocking Management: Empty bins, dispose of waste responsibly, and ensure supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet roll) are fully restocked.
- Equipment & Chemical Care: Safely operate, clean, and store all provided equipment and cleaning products in accordance with instructions.
- Communication & Safety: Strictly follow health and safety guidelines, and promptly report any site maintenance issues, damage, or supply shortages to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in end-of-tenancy, deep cleaning, residential, and commercial cleaning.
- Eye for Quality: Unwavering attention to detail, you don't miss the small things, and you take pride in a job done brilliantly.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of working independently or seamlessly alongside a team.
- Positive Mindset: Receptive to feedback, eager to deliver great customer service, and committed to high standards.
- Compliance: Able to follow health & safety policies, chemical handling procedures (COSHH), and site instructions accurately.
