Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Host live sessions on TikTok, engaging viewers with energetic and authentic interactions.
- Present products or services in an appealing manner to maximise viewer interest and participation.
- Respond promptly and professionally to live comments, questions, and feedback from viewers.
- Develop creative content ideas that align with current trends and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live stream schedules and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all live broadcasts, ensuring a positive viewer experience.
- Monitor live stream analytics to assess engagement levels and optimise future sessions accordingly.
- Uphold community guidelines and adhere to TikTok’s policies during all broadcasts.
Experience
- Proven experience in public relations or social media management is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to entertain and connect with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with TikTok platform features, trends, and best practices for live streaming.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly to changing trends or viewer interactions.
- Previous experience hosting live streams or digital content creation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
