About the Role
You'll be capturing content, helping shape our social strategy, editing posts across platforms, scheduling and running our content calendar and social media accounts. The role demands a creative eye for on-brand content, forward planning, and flexibility to work across different locations and projects.
You'll work closely with our Marketing Team and coordinate with the Sales Team and clients on accessing locations in workplaces and at events, to capture photography and video of our projects.

What You'll Do
Content Creation and Production
- Capturing photography and video on site, working independently as well as alongside our professional photographer on planning and styling for larger shoots
- Building and maintaining a working bank of photo and video content that can be drawn on for social, website and case study use
- Content capture at a variety of live events, workshops, workplaces and at our own office and production warehouses
- Scheduling shoots, securing client permissions, and working with client managers on access and timings
- Capturing team photography and behind the scenes content
Social Media Account Management
- Owning the day-to-day plan: content calendar, writing captions, channel consistency, to fit the wider strategy set with the Marketing Team
- Creating content with a clear sense of story, and shaping that story appropriately depending on the platform and audience
- Growing reach and engagement, answering comments and DMs and interacting with our audiences
- Reviewing social analytics and making content adjustments based on this data, as well as briefing the team on these changes
- Keeping on top of industry best practice and keeping accounts current and on brand
Brand and content management
- Creating photo, video and captions that aligns with branding, business goals and campaigns
- Keeping content library organised and assets easy to access and use by the team
- Create and update social templates on Canva to help with consistency
- Working to build more partnerships and collaboration on content with our clients
Growth & Development
- Create content that reflects B-Corp principles and supports our journey towards certification in 2027
- Help develop our social strategy to work with the wider marketing plan
- Creative role that offers room for your ideas and developing our visual storytelling
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- 2+ years of creative social media experience - particularly focused on LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube
- Experience in representing a company in a client facing role
- Practical photography and videography skills, comfortable shooting and editing for social media/website use
- Copywriting skills for writing compelling captions to complement visuals and brand voice
- A creative eye, working to a premium, professional look
- Strong communication with marketing, client managers and external creatives
- Organised approach to manage shoots, assets and content calendar
- Ability to manage your workload independently while collaborating closely with a small team
Desirable:
- Experience in a similar content creator position or currently working with other clients in this role
- Portfolio experience in service led sectors such as hospitality, interior design, architecture and design, or events
- Familiarity with social tools, design tools, primarily Canva, scheduling apps and industry best practice
- An interest in sustainability, design, or workplace wellness
Location and Working Arrangements
This is an in-person role requiring flexibility to work across multiple sites depending on live projects and events.
- Primary Locations: Central London (including our Farringdon Office)
- Warehouse Sites: Occasional travel to our out-of-town warehouses in Greenford and Wolverton.
- Travel Flexibility: Some out-of-London travel and varying project-based hours will be required.
