Responsibilities
- Reach out to past clients through personalised outreach to reignite interest in hospitality and corporate event experiences.
- Develop and implement structured re-engagement strategies to convert inactive accounts into loyal, returning customers.
- Build rapport and trust through consultative conversations, identifying upcoming business or entertainment needs.
- Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and activity reports in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on reactivation campaigns and client retention initiatives.
- Provide feedback on customer sentiment, market trends, and product opportunities.
- Consistently achieve re-engagement and revenue targets, contributing to the wider commercial success of the team.
What we need from you
- Experience in sales, customer success, or account management, ideally within hospitality, events, or B2B services.
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, persuasive style.
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly and reignite customer interest.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a results-oriented environment.
- Creative thinker who can adapt their approach to different client types and scenarios.
