Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Working Pub Manager to work and oversee operations in our Restaurant/Wedding Venue service establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing food production, and fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
- Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Coordinate food production processes, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of meals.
- Train and develop staff in culinary techniques, hospitality standards, and customer service skills.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall dining experiences.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Background in culinary arts or food production is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and guests.
