Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Clevedon. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities, supporting our mission to provide top-tier logistics services.
Responsibilities
- Handle materials efficiently and safely within the warehouse.
- Use handheld scanners and digital devices to locate items
- Scan barcodes to identify items before placing them in to tote bins
- Meet fast paces hourly and daily performance targets
- Manage shipping and receiving processes accurately.
- Assist with picking, packing, stocking, and inventory management.
- Maintain quality control standards throughout all operations.
- Support load and unload activities to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise warehouse workflows.
- Physical Stamina - You will be on you feet for 8-10 hours lifting and packing parcels
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar roles.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- A strong knowledge and quick to learn IT systems
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus but not essential.
