Overview
Due to expansion within the business we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Trainee Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring efficient communication within the office. This role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules for staff and clients, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
- Assist customers in the shop with any queries and payments.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organising documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline scheduling processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing reports and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computerised systems.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy in documentation.
