Overview
We are seeking a skilled / qualified and reliable Part 2 Scaffolder to join our dynamic team. This role involves the assembly, disassembly, and inspection of scaffolding structures on various sites, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction-related trades and be committed to maintaining high safety standards at all times. Responsibilities
- Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding to identify potential hazards or defects
- Collaborate with site managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Use a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during assembly and disassembly processes
- Assist in fabricating scaffolding components as required, ensuring precision and quality
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols at all times
- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications relevant to scaffolding projects
Experience
- CISRS Part 2 Scaffolder qualifications (valid card required)
- Proven experience working on scaffolding projects
- Strong understanding of scaffolding safety standards including Working at Height regulations
- Ability to interpret scaffold drawings and technical specifications
- Full clean driving Licence
- HGV Class C licence a distinct advantage
