An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Administrator to join our friendly and highly successful wealth management practice based in Solihull.

The Role
Working as part of our close-knit team, you will play a key role in supporting our advisers and paraplanners, ensuring that client work is processed accurately and efficiently throughout the advice journey.
The successful candidate will receive full training on our systems and processes and will become an important part of the day-to-day running of the practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate client records and managing workflows using the Plannr CRM system.
- Preparing and processing client documentation.
- Gathering and inputting client information into financial planning and tax calculation software.
- Supporting the advice process by ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Liaising with product providers, clients and professional connections.
- Monitoring cases and progressing them through to completion.
- Maintaining excellent standards of record keeping and compliance.
- Providing administrative support to advisers and paraplanners.
- Learning our systems and processes to become a key member of the team.
About You
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys working in a busy, professional environment.
You will have:
- Previous experience within Financial Services (essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using IT systems and learning new technology.
- The ability to prioritise your workload and work on your own initiative.
- A positive, flexible and professional attitude.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge of financial planning.
Experience of pensions, investments or wealth management administration would be preferred.

Following a successful probation period, along with system training completion, hybrid working will be considered.
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
