Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high cleanliness standards
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and deep cleans / End of tenancies
- Maintain supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are used safely and stored properly for optimal performance. All cleaning products provided . Must have own hoover
- Follow specific client instructions and health & safety protocols to deliver consistent quality service
- Commit to a rota the week before based on your availability and agreed hours.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning roles with a strong attention to detail preferred
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
- Must be able drive and have access to own vehicle
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with various cleaning equipment and products, including eco-friendly options when available
- Trustworthy and dependable
