We are looking for a Transformation Change Manager to join our Transformation team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting the delivery of a significant Oracle Fusion transformation programme across the UK business.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major business transformation that will implement new Finance, Procurement and Engineering processes and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring colleagues and stakeholders are prepared, engaged and supported throughout the change journey, enabling successful adoption of new ways of working and helping to maximise the benefits of the programme.
Working closely with programme teams, business leaders and key stakeholders, you will lead and coordinate change management activities across the full transformation lifecycle. You will help shape how colleagues experience change, ensuring effective communication, engagement, training and readiness activities are in place to support a successful transition.
This role will suit a Change Manager with a strong track record of delivering organisational change within complex transformation programmes and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across a large and diverse organisation.
This role will be on a hybrid working basis, a minimum of 3 days per week from either our London (Lacon) or Sunderland (Doxford) office, with the remainder focused on where you can best deliver for your colleagues while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
-
Develop and deliver the overarching change management plan to support the Oracle Fusion transformation programme.
-
Lead change impact assessment activities, ensuring impacts are identified, reviewed and validated with relevant stakeholders.
-
Maintain stakeholder mapping and segmentation across impacted business areas, ensuring all colleague groups are appropriately engaged throughout the programme.
-
Partner with the Transformation Communications Lead to develop engaging communications and change engagement activities.
-
Plan, coordinate and facilitate change forums, workshops and engagement sessions across the business.
-
Develop training plans that align learning activities with the appropriate stakeholder groups and business functions.
-
Ensure training requirements are identified and addressed across all impacted teams.
-
Work with project teams and subject matter experts to support the development and rollout of training materials and learning interventions.
-
Conduct organisational readiness assessments throughout the programme lifecycle to evaluate business preparedness.
-
Implement feedback and sentiment mechanisms to monitor adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
-
Identify and manage change-related risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
-
Support leaders and managers in driving engagement, adoption and sustained behavioural change across their teams.
