Are you a dedicated Support Worker with your NVQ Level 3 in Health and social care?
Role Type: Day and Waking nights available
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
Are you a compassionate, intuitive carer with a heart for making meaningful connections? Do you believe that care is more than just a job—it’s a calling? If so, we’d love to introduce you to someone truly remarkable.
Meet our Client:
Our client is a vibrant soul who sustained an acquired brain injury (ABI) following a choking incident. Though non-verbal, his personality beams through every smile, every tear, and every shared moment. He lives independently in his own home and is supported by a close-knit, loving family who are actively involved in his care journey.
He’s a wheelchair user, has a PEG, and requires full personal care with double-handed support. Communication is beautifully unique—he understands both Welsh and English and responds with expressive smiles or tears. If you’re someone who can “read between the lines” and connect beyond words, you’ll thrive in this role.
Our Clients Favourite Things:
If you’re someone who brings warmth, humour, and patience, you’ll fit right in.
