Responsibilities

- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby area, and guest waiting spaces
- Handle guest feedback or concerns promptly and courteously, striving for resolution and satisfaction
- Support event setups or special functions as needed to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications
