Job Description:
Our sleek hotel restaurant, The Sea Pearl Restaurant & Bar is in need of a front of house assistant!
Located on the seafront of Worthing, Marine Parade, our front of house team are energetic, outgoing with a friendly approachable personality. We teach you the skills to ensure our guests are smiling along with us.
The Role -
- Meeting guests in a professional and friendly manner ensuring guests are promptly seated, creating a welcoming environment
- Ensure that all guests’ requests and needs are responded to quickly and effectively
- Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with health and safety regulations
- Ensure that all front of house and guest areas are always well maintained
- Both Function and restaurant bar work ensuring all licensing laws are upheld
- Ensuring events & function rooms are set to requirements
- Formal table service for events
- Set up, clear and service tables after use to ensure that guests can be seated in a timely manner
- Any other duties as directed by the F&B Manager or other member of the management team
With the nature of the industry our team must be able to work weekends.
