Job Title: Milk Delivery Driver (Night Shift)
Location: Watford & Harpenden
Job Type: Permanent (4 nights per week)
Salary:
£26,000 per year, increasing to £28,000 after 6 months (subject to performance)
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Milk Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a doorstep delivery role covering the Watford and Harpenden areas, working overnight to ensure fresh deliveries reach customers in time for the morning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver milk and related products to residential customers
- Follow a set delivery route efficiently and accurately
- Load and unload the delivery vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach
- Ensure timely and safe deliveries in all weather conditions
- Handle basic record-keeping or delivery logs where required
Working Hours:
- 4 nights per week (including weekends where required)
- Night shift (approx. start time between 10:00pm–2:00am, finish early morning)
Requirements:
- Must be aged 25 or over (insurance purposes)
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Good level of physical fitness (regular lifting involved)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of the Watford and Harpenden areas is desirable
