About Us
At Strachan Care, care is not just a service we provide – it is the foundation of everything we do.
We believe that exceptional care starts with supporting and valuing our staff. We are not a large corporate care provider where people become numbers on a rota. We take the time to get to know our clients and our team, creating a supportive environment where compassion, dignity and respect come first.
We also believe in paying people fairly for their time. Unlike some providers, you are paid for all hours worked, not just the time spent in a client's home.
If you want to make a genuine difference in people's lives while working for an employer that genuinely values and supports its staff, we'd love to hear from you.
