PPF Kit Preparation Specialist

At PRO PPF UK, precision isn't just important, it's everything.
We're looking for a highly organised, meticulous individual to join our team preparing precision cut Paint Protection Film (PPF) kits for our growing community of customers throughout the UK and beyond.
This role isn't necessarily about previous PPF experience. Instead, we're looking for someone who notices the smallest details, genuinely loves cars, and understands that getting things right first time matters.

PRO PPF UK was founded with a simple goal: to make Paint Protection Film more accessible, more straightforward and more cost-effective for more of the UK's automotive detailing industry than ever before.
What began as an idea to supply high quality pre-cut PPF kits has grown into one of the UK's leading PPF kit suppliers, supporting professional installers, detailers and enthusiasts nationwide. The Role
Working from our Sheffield facility, you'll be responsible for preparing customer orders, managing work through our pattern approval portal, quality-checking every kit before dispatch, and ensuring every order leaves our workshop accurately and on time.
You'll need to be able to prioritise incoming work, manage multiple jobs efficiently and maintain the exceptionally high standards our customers expect from PRO PPF UK.
The Ideal Candidate
You are someone who:

- Enjoys keeping up to date with new vehicle releases and automotive trends.

- Is reliable, proactive and enjoys being part of a close knit team.
- Is confident using computers and learning new software systems.
Experience
Previous PPF, vehicle wrapping or automotive experience is welcome but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person.
What matters most is your attitude, your attention to detail and your enthusiasm for the automotive, detailing and paint protection industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing precision cut PPF kits for dispatch.
- Weeding, numbering and packaging the cut PPF patterns.
- Quality checking every kit before packaging.
- Labelling and packing customer orders.
- Maintaining stock levels and workshop organisation.
- Supporting the sales and operation team members to meet daily order fulfilment.
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and efficient.
