SMART Repair Technician – Bristol Area

Your Responsibilities:
- Carry out Small to Medium Area Repair Technology (SMART) repairs on a range of vehicle makes and models
- Repair paint chips, scratches, bumper scuffs, and minor dents
- Perform alloy wheel refurbishments and interior trim repairs
- Accurately mix and match paint colours
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace while ensuring all repairs meet quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a SMART Repair Technician or Bodyshop Technician
- Strong knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
- ATA accreditation or NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential
