Willing to consider trainee assistant manager, supervisor and experience in between.
Salary range £30k- £45k & possible performance bonus. (negotiable)
Owner operated freehouse.
Stunning North Oxfordshire village location, gateway to the Cotswolds.
Busy country pub / restaurant,
70/30 split in favour of food.
Looking to recruit a strong experienced assistant general manager / front of house manager or even a trainee assistant manager to work alongside our very hands-on owner.
Bar, restaurant and back of house (office) experience is a must for the senior role,
kitchen is fully staffed.
Plenty of scope for career progression moving forward.
Two room accommodation and shower room may be available but may not be ideal long term.
