We are seeking a talented and personable Person to join our team as a professional barber. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional grooming experiences. The position is suitable for individuals who are experienced and passionate about Barbering. We are a family owned chain of Unisex salons in Kent and value all of our staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to individual client preferences
- Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and offer professional advice on styles, and treatments
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalised care
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and barbering
- Assist in retailing hair care products to clients as appropriateRequirements
- Proven experience in customer service within the hairdressing or barbering industry is preferred
- Formal training or certification in barbering recognised within the industry
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain styling options and maintenance advice
- Demonstrated proficiency in haircutting, styling, and grooming techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst also delivering individualised client attention
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
