We are looking for an experienced and motivated Arborist Team Leader / Climber to join our growing tree services team.
This is a permanent, full-time employed position and a great opportunity for someone looking for stability, responsibility and the chance to develop their career with a growing company.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants more than just another climbing role — someone who can lead from the front, take ownership of jobs and help us grow and develop the tree side of the business.
The Role
- Lead the tree team on site and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Carry out climbing, pruning, reductions, dismantling and removals.
- Organise jobs and help the team work safely and efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with clients and site staff.
- Help train and develop less experienced team members.
- Work with management to help improve and grow our tree services.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is an experienced and confident climber with relevant arboricultural qualifications.
- Takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work.
- Is reliable, organised and comfortable leading a team.
- Can think for themselves and solve problems on site.
- Has a positive attitude and works well with others.
- Has the ambition to take on more responsibility as the business grows.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
Additional qualifications such as rigging, MEWP, chipper, stump grinder, first aid would be an advantage.
