If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Partner to join our Systems team here at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.
The Systems team delivers comprehensive system development and support to both the Adults, Health and Wellbeing and Childrens Services Directorates.
You will be joining a dynamic team dedicated to the support and development of the Childrens Services case management systems.
What youll do:
- Contribute towards the overall system strategy.
- Represent the service in operational transformation and strategy groups.
- Manage System implementation, changes and enhancements to support service improvement.
- Day to day system maintenance and support including 2nd and 3rd line helpdesk and problem resolution.
- Liaison with system software suppliers and the co-ordination and negotiation of contracts.
- Management of system replacement projects.
About you

- Has experience developing, supporting and maintaining case management and finance systems
- Understands the opportunities and challenges of digital technologies in a local authority context.
- Communicates confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Can interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Brings creativity, problem-solving and a strong customer focus.
- Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Experience with System Cs Liquid Logic Childrens and Controcc Childrens systems is desirable, but not essential.
This is a fixed term role expected to last 18 months.
As this is a fixed-term post, secondment opportunities will be considered for internal employees. Please obtain prior approval from your current line manager before completing the application.
