Summary
We are seeking to employ a TA 2b at our lovely village school in Sabden. Our children are confident, considerate and enjoy coming to school. We are looking for someone who is passionate about education; a team player, who is kind and caring; and somebody who enjoys supporting pupils with a range of learning needs - particularly in KS1.

Essential Qualifications
- NVQ level 2 or above qualification appropriate to the post (or equivalent)
Level 2 or equivalent qualification English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy

Essential Experience
- Experience of working with or caring for children in KS1
- Experience of working in a school environment
- Experience of delivering phonics
- Experience of supporting early reading
Experience of delivering interventions to support children's reading.

Desirable Experience
Experience of supporting children in LKS2
