Cornish Coasts is a small family run campsite with a farmshop and café on site. We are currently looking for a permanent front of house assistant to work with our team. This role will include working in the cafe, serving customers, and when fully trained, working some shifts as barista and in the shop. The successful candidate must be flexible to take on additional overtime.
Cornish Coasts is open all year round, serving both locals and holidaymakers, seven days a week between 8am and 4pm. We increase our opening times during the May half term and summer school holidays as we are a lot busier during these times and also extend our opening hours to accommodate the guests on the campsite. Candidates must be flexible during these times and willing to take on extra hours.
Hours of work are 8am-4pm and will include one day at the weekend, with additional hours during summer school holidays and to cover staff holidays. Cafe or barista experience is preferred but full training will be given.
Applicants must have their own transport due to our location and opening hours. Full training will be given. The successful candidate needs to be hard working, confident, friendly, approachable and flexible within their role.
The rate quoted "starting from £12.90 per hour", is based on age 21+. Hourly rate will depends on age and experience and will be determined after a successful trial shift.
