We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our AV team in Bacup on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced operation where teamwork, efficiency, and quality are key to our success.
As part of our commitment to delivering the highest standards in the market, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring continuity during a period of transition within the team.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm (30-minute unpaid break)

Saturday: 10:00am – 4:30pm (on a rota basis, approximately once per month)

Saturday shifts are paid as a full day, with a day off in the week provided
-
Flexibility is required to support a 6-day operation when needed.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and dispatch

Managing returns and assisting with stock control

Assisting with the production and handling of custom cables

Providing cover for holidays, sickness, and other absences

Contributing to a smooth and efficient operation

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
About You
-
Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Good attention to detail and organisational skills

Flexibility to support varying workloads and schedules
