Responsibilities
- Deliver professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and features
- Assist clients with hair care advice and product recommendations to maintain their desired look
- Engage with clients at the front desk to schedule appointments, answer questions, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques and best practices to foster skill development
- Upsell salon services and retail products confidently while maintaining a positive client experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work showcasing diverse styles and techniques
- Knowledge of store management principles is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to listen carefully and deliver personalized solutions
- Experience in eyelash extensions, makeup application, and upselling retail products is highly desirable
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling and client check-in/out processes

Pay: £25,420.00-£53,192.37 per year
