We are looking for a forward-thinking, energetic YI Practitioner to join our growing team:

Facebook: Youth Inspired
You will work with the YI Psychotherapists and multi-disciplinary team to bridge the gap between clinical therapy and practical, day-to-day emotional support. This is a highly varied role where you will deliver both 1:1 tailored interventions and dynamic group programs for both young people and adults.
If you are passionate about mental health, love human connection, and want to work in an environment that values innovation - you belong here.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Collaborative Support: Partner with our Psychotherapeutic team to co-deliver holistic, wrap-around care plans and groups for our members.
- 1:1 Mentoring & Coaching: Deliver goal-oriented, practical emotional wellbeing support to young people and adults navigating life's challenges.
- Group Facilitation: Design and run interactive, high-energy group workshops, youth programs, and peer-support sessions.
- Neurodiverse-Affirming Care: Use creative, inclusive methods to engage and empower neurodivergent individuals and those experiencing substance use challenges.
- Community Connection: Act as a trusted advocate, helping individuals build resilience, confidence, and real-world life skills
- Impact Tracking: Maintain light-touch, accurate digital records to showcase the incredible progress of the people you support.
What You Bring to the Hub (About You)
- The Essentials: A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care, Community Youth Work, Social care, Social Work, Psychology, Coaching, and your lived/practical experience is greatly valued.
- The Experience: Proven experience delivering 1:1 support or facilitating groups (bonus points if you've worked with both youths and adults!).
- The Vibe: A warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach. You know how to meet people where they are at.
- The Mindset: A proactive team player who loves collaboration but can confidently lead a room or a 1:1 session.
- The Compliance: An understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed practices, and confidentiality. (PVG scheme membership will be required).
Perks of Joining the YI Team
- A Culture That Cares: We advocate for mental health, which means we protect our own team’s work-life balance and wellbeing.
- Professional Growth: Direct access to clinical insights, collaborative learning with qualified psychotherapists, and ongoing training.
- Vibrant Workspace: Work out of a supportive, creative hub where your ideas are genuinely listened to and implemented.
