We are looking for a reliable and consciousness person to join our Quality Assurance team.
This is a fixed term role, which is expected to last until November 2026.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the production of fresh produce is to the highest standards of food safety and quality in accordance with British Retail consortium, other regulatory bodies and standards and internal client standards with particular reference to intake sampling.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to accurately record and report data and have a passion to get the job done to the highest standard. They will want to be part of a team and work together with their colleagues, always 'doing the right' thing in every aspect of their work.
Previous knowledge in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role would be beneficial but is not essential as all training will be given.
These roles are currently on a fixed term contract, as above, however there maybe opportunity for extended employment or be offered permanent employment in an alternative role. Hours of work will fall within 7am and 7pm for 5 days a week and can include weekends so we can often offer hours to fit around other commitments.
Rate of pay is National Living Wage with overtime at 1.25% for hours worked over 40 per week.
